Another new forum feature
Made some changes to the private messaging system. iIs now a popup. (technically its not, so popup blockers wont effect it). Allows you to send PMs without closing the fgorum or window youre in.
self explanatory.

as of now, Its for creating new PMs. Any of the paths to create a PM will open the popup. such as, click a name next to a post and choose "Send PM."
The NEW pm window is the popup. Not the PM library or notification system. I'll work towards that, but i think it may be to many changes to make happen.
