Hello to all. I am rather new at this whole BBQing thing, so bare with me on any questions that seem redundent or fairly simple. My uncle in law is a BBQer in KC and got me hooked one weekend. I am good on the grill, but very inexperienced with slow cooking on a smoker. Right now I am cooking on an older Weber grill and a UDS that I built from scratch. I am getting rather good at Pork Butts, have had moderate succes with my one brisket, and little succes on ribs. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
