Default NYE Dinner...Spuds, Steaks, Shrimp, & Bubbly...

Fired up the BGE for some baked taters and fillet mignon with roquefort blue cheese...inside my wife fired up the oven for some coconut shrimp with bubbles for an appetizer...















Life is good!

I have never tried Blue Cheese on a fillet.

What temp did you cook the steaks & potatos?

Great job! Blue Cheese on a steak is great! I found some gourmet blue cheese that comes in slices. It works great on steaks.

I prefer Stilton but we came across the Roquefort at Costco and just had to try it...a little goes a long way...fyi...
