Default Hello from Wisconsin

hey all new guy here. kinda been trolling around this board for about a year and finally decided to join up. BBQ enthusiast who loves the smell of smoke and fresh meat. i think i actually met a couple of other members this past September while competing in my first competition in Menomonee Falls at the Big Pig Gig. i keep it rather simple with my 2 Weber kettles and my Chargriller Super Pro w/SFB. doesn't matter how big or fancy your gear is, it matters whos cooking!
