Default smoked treats for Christmas

anyone got some good ideas for Christmas treats?
I've done some honey maple with alder smoked salmon that turned out great.
Thought about trying smoking belly for bacon but don't have time to cure it.
I'm just so impressed with my UDS I want to smoke everything!

Merry Christmas to all !

Oh, I see.

Well, a fatty should be stuffed in every stocking!

Actually...I suppose Chex Mix might work with some bacon in it...

Speaking of MOINKS, BBQ_Grail did the candied MOINKS for Halloween. I've always associated cinnamon stuff with Christmas too due to the hot drinks made during the season...

OK... OK... Before I get yelled at, I KNOW this isn't meat, but smoked almonds are great! Brother Neil has some of the tastiest nuts I have put in my mouth! NTTAWWT!

Smoked salt is an easy and tasty gift. Put the salt in cheesecloth for 6 hours and smoke away. YUMMY stuff
