Anyone ever use there stick burner to make pernil. Thinking about throwning it mine rather then the oven tommorrow, never cooked one in it before and was just wondering about how it would come out..

Never had nor heard of it before. Googled the hello out of it and it seems the consensus is low and slow for best results. All I know is my mouth is watering now. Thanks for the post, and please shoot us some pron

From what I can see, pernil is just pork shoulder. What makes it pernil, the garlic? Adobo?
