Oh man...I love this cooker just like her big sisters!
When I closed 2 air intakes the temps went down after a few minutes.
I think the mini will maintain temps very well.
Can't wait to score a 2nd Smokey Joe grate!

Nice collection of drums...I'm torn between making a mini uds/another smokey joe tamale steamer mod/waiting for mini cajun bandit.

Just ate some stale popcorn someone made earlier today...sure wish I had a couple of those "chicken legs"
