Kosmo Monster Chops (pic)
If y'all haven't tried Kosmo's Pork Soak yet, let me politely admonish you to
do so. I'm a great fan of Kosmo's stuff (this isn't a paid endorsement), and his soaks are no joke. I soaked and grilled these 1 1/4" rib chops last night and all of the ladies in the house remarked at how moist and juicy they were.  For those interested, I served them with bacon-braised fresh green beans (recipe coming soon) and a medley of roasted red, white and purple new potatoes. Get some soak, and thank me later.
