Use peroxide to bleach that skull. They just do not taste right unless they are nice and white.

BTW, just finished my SS off. Almost cried.

looks great! I'm going to try my hand at making some this weekend. I can't find morton tender quick in my area and it's too late to order some for the weekend without paying outrageous shipping charges so it's off to cabela's to pick up a summer sausage making kit.
