I own this trailer, and although I will eventually get a larger one wondering if this would work for my first year.
The one I have has the additional 6" height and ramp door. I know a concession trailer is what I will eventually want, but want to start with out investing a fortune. Car Mate Trailer

In Michigan as soon as you get a trailer to use for other than transporting equipment, you have a whole new set of rules and huge costs. Limit trailer use to just moving equipment.
Please talk to your HD or just go to the website and it should answer your qeustions http://www.agriculture.state.pa.us/p...vid=0&orgid=13& here's the links to the forms http://www.agriculture.state.pa.us/p...0guideline.pdf http://www.agriculture.state.pa.us/p...n%20Review.pdf

that's becuae the pa health dept is actually run by the dept of agriculutre, i'd recommend finding your local dept. of ag office and visit them in person and discuss what you want to do. That's what we did and they were very helpful.

In Virginia you would need to take your menu and plans along with trailer spec to the health dept and get an approval before you buy anything. So long as you can get 4 sinks and refrig, along with prep area it may pass.
