Looking to Volunteer

I am somewhat of a novice BBQer. I have competed in a few contests and fared okay. I have also catered a small event for my work. I have caught the bug and would like to see up close how real catering is done. I am willing to volunteer my assistance to gain this knowledge. If there is anyone in the Lakeland/ Tampa area that could use the help I would really appreciate the opportunity. I am a very hard worker, former AF aircraft mechanic turned IT guy. I have a real passion to cook and serve. Thank you.

If you want to see the vending side of things then join me at Lakeland in January. We can sure use the help and you can learn lots. We'll also be doing the competition so it's a mini comp class as well.
