Hello from Mass
My name is Zak and i've been smokin for about 10 years now, in which i've accumulated my arsenal of smoking/BBQ tools. I have 2 WSM's, Weber gas grill, 1 ECB, a homemade stick burner out of a 275 oil tank(don't worry it was cleaned VERY well) that's mounted on a trailer, turkey fryer, another deep fryer, 1950's Globe slicer(restored), meat grinder, sausage stuffer, and all the other small tools of the trade. I've done everything from fresh ground burgers, cured hams, turduckens, a pig roast under my belt, fresh sausage, jerky, fish etc. I'm always on the hunt for new recipes in addition to usuals. Glad to be aboard!!!
