I used two different pots the bottom of one had a lot of old burnt oil and I could not get the temp up over 275. I proved it was the pot cause I even switched burners and the temp stayed the same. Time to sand off the gunk on the bottom of that pot. BUT IT'S ALL GOOD!!!
