Which Rib Racks Do You Use For Your UDS?
I'm looking for at least a 6 rib rack. I prefer not to cut my rib slabs in half. Any suggestions? I have 8 inches of clearance from the lid. Thanks.

I would buy a 6 rib rack that was under 8" tall.

Don't know if you guys can get these at Ikea but they work brilliantly! AND they are real cheap so it's a good match with a UDS.

This pot lid organizer costs less than your commercial rib racks over here...these cost 5 euro's.
