Grilled Apple and Cheese Salad (Part 1)
The recent Apple Throwdown prompted this attempt at a salad that might be suitable for the BBQ crowd.
I used some Yanni Grilling Cheese that was sent to me and came up with this:  I made up an Apple Coulis that I thought went well with the cheese, apples and spring mix greens. You can see all the pictures and get the recipe here |
