Wow I really like this alot. I like that you can use it as a standard hinged grate when you don't need the accessories. I have to say I'm sold on the sear grate and the wok. Those are 2 things I would definately use often. Damn Weber keeps finding ways to take my money.

I don't know. Maybe. I just don't see why I can't just sit my wok on the center of the grate already. Just me I suppose. I like keeping things simple.

You can't do that because then it won't be "Gourmet" obviously. It would just be regular. But I like to make carnitas and this wok would be perfect for this.

Gotta admit, if that is a cast iron skillet, that is pretty interesting. I use a carbon steel wok on the grill, would love a CI one someday.
