Yesterday I cooked for the Neighbours again.
I thought I was going over to their place to cook on their kettle which I gave to them as a present. They wanted to eat at my place for a change...honestly I was looking forward to cook on their kettle again,it Pheels like it's still mine. ![]() I made a simple BBQ dish with smogrilled (sweet) taters, zucchini, onion, tomato, garlic, rozemary, seasa lt,pepper....I added some creme fraiche mixed parmigiano reggiano and lime juice. We ate round steak rubbed with Dizzy Pigs Raising the Steaks with that. And for dessert we had....Nanners!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Niek thought it was pomegranate on the Dutch forum...maybe not a bad idea for the next time. Are you serious Rich!? I thought you've seen them come by in my threads numerous times. But...since you're my Brother I'm gonna give you the 411:slice the nanner in the length and fill it with raspberry,blueberry,78% cacao chocolate and a few drops of liquor...most of the time I use Stroh rum 80% alc. Grill/smoke it untill the peel gets black...serve it with some icecream, mint leaves and some more drops of liquor. It was my pleasure!
