Nothing better than a quick, cheap bowl of chili fritos and a great beer to boot! Chili was made with smoked chuck, smoked sausage, sweet corn, chili beans, and black beans.

Awesome. Reminds me of this past weekend. I was in Waco to watch my Bears take on the Texas A&M Aggies. We stopped in at Viteks and had a "Gut Pack." Chopped Beef, Homemade Sausage, Beans, Cheese, Onions, Jalapenos, and Pickles, all dropped on top of fritos!
