Default Trader Joe's Marinaded Rack of Lamb

Jackie and I just love these Racks of Lamb from TJS, they are marinaded and seasoned frozen you just defrost them and grill.

Egg up to 400*

Seared on both sides for 3-min. and on the ends as well.

Put on a raised grid for 15-min. or 134* internal.

Rested for 10-min. then carved.

Served with Baked Sweet Potato, leftover Mashed Potatoes, and Salad. YUMMY.

Thanks for looking

Ross

Geez, twice in one night I'm bombarded with delectably juicy lamb! I'm going to have to get some lamb I think.

Sams usually has a good price on lamb. Their lamb is fresh.

Got a local hook up on lamb now. $50 for 40# lambs, they are on the hoof. BBQ!!!!!!!!

Our Trader Joe's just opened today, so I picked me up some pizza dough. Now I'll need to go back and get me a rack of lamb! Nice job Ross.

Now that's the way lamb should look. TJ does have an interesting variety of culinary preparations. (I want one of those & one of those & etc. etc.)
