Luckily for me I have the luxury of walking the warehouse with my weber lid and test fit. Thanks to the good folks over at Drumco.com here in Memphis. I grab the one that fits best. My last build with a weber lid I had to grind a hair off the crimped edge.

My first build was with a Kingsford lid and I lucked out.

Finally completed one of the 30 gallon. Packing it up for its trip to New York.
