Default yesterday's pulled beef sammys

Well brethren, yesterday i was inspired by this http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=94382, so i decided to make my own and see how it comes out, i tweaked couple of things (no hot pepper), here is how we started:

1. Salt and peppa' on the meat

I put the meat in de UDS and smoked it until it hit 160* and put it in a foil (the hot dogs are for the kiddos - they like it burnt), and there is some chiken at the bottom grate)

sorry, i forgot to take the pictures with the foil open , anyhow, it looked the same as the other thread, only that we did it with less onion and pepper during cooking time, but we added some sauted pepper and onions to our sammies at the time we ate them.

This picture is when the meat hit about 210 or so degrees, it was time to pull - my wife did the honors:

After that, the meat was back on the UDS for another hour, meat looked like this:

finally, about 6 hours later (from begining to end) eat'n time:

and a different angle:

It was delicious!

Thanks for looking!!!!
