Default New Flavor Profile

I was thinking of working on my ribs to get a new Flavor Profile this winter and decided to go with a similar recipe to the NEW AND IMPROVED McRIB!!!!
How can you even call that a RIB????? NASTY!!!! YUM PRESSED MEAT!!!!
