How long will they keep food hot? What advantage hae they over a 5 day cooler?

Good question, Jestridge.
They have shelving brackets for hotel pans. I am not eating anything from a caterer that brings meat in a five day cooler. HD does not except a five day cooler for hot holding. You can maintain 140+ for more than four hours, no problem once warmed.

Restaurant Depot has sales on them occasionally. I got mine on Craigs list, but I had to check every day and was the first one there the day they were listed.
