Default Low & Slow for 24 Straight Hours

No seasonings just 5 # of beef and veggies.






Simmered low & slow for over
24 hours to a certain perfection.
Beef
Onions
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Carrots
Cabbage
Okra
Green Beans
Corn

Homemade for me by my lovely Wife.

But I'd have to agree with Ty on the okra ... now, fried okra is a whole 'nuther story .
