that wasnt our. Ours will be 1 - american festivals.. and 2) secret life of BBQ - Competition BBQ. Yesterday was history of BBQ.... and sure made me hungry.

I was a little disappointed in "The Secret Life of Barbecue" show.

They stated that barbeque was either beef or pork. Apparently chicken,
turkey, mutton, spam, nutria, etc., don't exist.

Given they only had thirty minutes, perhaps that's why. I dunno.

The focus (if you can call it that) contest wise was a couple of minutes
on AR and a couple of minutes on MIM. No Jack, no Houston Livestock
Show and Rodeo (180,000 or so attended this year), no Asbury Park...

oh well.

I think the Asbury park is gonna be American festivals(Guitar-B-Que). All that show did for me was make me real hungry for Pulled pork.
