Default Thermoworks Customer Service

Had a little issue with my Thermapen, they are taking care of it no questions asked. I bought it directly from them, so Amanda was able to look up my purchase by my name. Makes you feel good when you pay good money for something, and get the service that should go with it.

I use a grey . I took the bimetal off my pit and insert my thermopen into the hole for a grate level reading. Afterwards I cover the opening with a refrigerator magnet.
