Thanks all I noticed that there were Brethren replies from 10 states. Ohio,MS,TX,NY,IN,KS,NE,FL,CA,and VA. (so far) Pretty cool!

I just put a couple of butts on this morning and after seeing you brisket I am kicking myself for not adding a couple of packers on. Looks great! since the first 5 slices are spoken for I`ll take the next 6 slices.
