How many days in a row have you smoked meat? Three days for me.

depends what you mean by smoke, I cook on my uds or traeger almost nightly, but i did have a 2 week span with the big sticke burner and it didnt go out once. it was a fun bash and i couldnt tell you how much beer we went threw but I did use a cord of hickery in 2 weeks, my saws and splitters were busy lol

If you also count grilling with lump and wood in a kettle, I'm sure there's probably been a week or two straight here and there. Other than that, I think the longest I ever had one cooker running in one straight span was around 72 hours.
