Default Fresh in from Texas...

Hey guys, found this forum and love it. I live in North Texas have been q'in for quite sometime, and started a catering business about a year ago. Lost my trailer mounted offset 2 weeks ago in an accident and will be replacing it shortly, but have a few other smaller cookers for now. Look forward to becoming part of the brethren! Thanks for having me.
