Mind sharing what spices you added there to the stock? I think I see some spices floating in there. I can make out what everything else is.

Magic Dust plus Crushed Magical Royal Kaskaskian Peppers,
Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, and Allspice.....makes it mighty nice...

In the past I would make a nice Roux then add the stock to it...
But My Granny never did with her'n so's I went that route this time....
Turned out Rather Well.....
