A friend and I are about to start a small catering/drop tray business and we are currently in the pricing phase. We where trying to keep everything to a minimum and were wondering if any one knew of a few rub and bbq sauce recipies we could use on various types of meat rather then come up with seperate recipies. any other advice or ideas any one may have will be greatly appriciated
