Default Math Check Please

I'm doing some cooking for work and 80 people will be in attendance. Would 4 x 7lb butts, 2 whole briskets (approx 12.5lbs untrimmed) and 10lbs of sausage fatties be enough? For the brisket I will have the flats sliced and the points chopped.

Thanks!!

80 people, assuming adults, will eat between 27 and 40 pounds total of cooked meat. $10 a pound. The actual amount of meat consumed will be a function of type / quality of sides that go with it. Use 50% as your shrinkage rate from raw.

Are you going to portion control, or allow folks to plate up as much as they want?
