Default New from the north

Great info on this forum. Finished a UDS a while back after some suggestions from a friend. Smoked mostly ribs using the 3-2-1 method, and turned out great. Best ribs ever tasted. Will try fatties, pulled pork (my fav) and later on Brisket, since that is the hardest to do.

Friends enjoyed my ribs, and I think I still have to refine the sauce a bit, but will try a few new ingredients.

to the expert on here.

Welcome DesMar...I'm new here also...I didn't do quite as much homework as I should have, but my first smoked brisket was not quite as bad as I thought it might be. In fact, it was the first thing gone from the plate during a recent wknd bbq! Good luck
