Girl who works for me just got back from Cancun

Anyone ever try El Yucateco Caribbean Habinero hot sauce?

I love their red and green habenero varieties

Sure haven't, but I picked up some homemade habanero salsa in small town in Arkansas this weekend. Can't wait to try it cuz you can see big orange chunks in it. Hmmm.

I like the fact that the Carribean (sp) is a bit lower on the scolville units than the regular hot stuff.

I've had El Yacatero habanero before but not the Caribbean style. Hot hot hot. Good good good. The Caribbean looks better.

I make my own version and will bring some to Greg's. Wife was bitching cause I used an empty honey mustard squeeze bottle to store it. Said it made her tounge swell up. Then I used an empty oregano container to store smoke dried habanero powder which she used half the jar in some spagetti sauce. Guess I better start labeling stuff huh?
