Smile Gourmet style Grilled Cheese sandwich

I came across this video of a very nice version of an Open face style
Grilled Cheese sandwich.
I think this could easily be made by those who cook Pizzas on their grills or
smokers. Just be sure to grill or toast the bread first...just as he does.
