What size gasket for door on smoker builds??
What size gaskets are people using for their builds? I'm building a stumps clone and I'm looking at buying some tadpole ceramic gasket but I'm not sure what size to get. It comes in diameters of 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1". I'm concerned that if its too big the door won't close and seal properly...and too small I will have air leaks. So any help??
