Worst Part About Cooking Shoulder
I am pretty sure the worst part about cooking a 15 pound shoulder is the fact that it's 3am and I just got up after a hard night of drinking on my birthday and I am getting the smoker going for my birthday party today. I wish someone would sell a remote starter that i could hit from my bed.
