Default Labor day grub! with pron!

cooking from 7pm last night to 3 pm today. Brisket, ribs, sausage balls, pork loin and corn

not my best even though I used a mix of hickory and mesquite. New brand of spares. Gas or charcoal I know how to get that smokey flavor. I'm going back to my sam's club spares.

yup I rubbed it and smoked it fat side up. 3 hours then foiled it in the cooler with the brisket it, came out awesome!
