Default first published cook

What up guys! This is my first cook to be posted on the site for entertainmant purposes! My brother Wampus came over with his family for Labor day festivities.

On the menu:

Appetizers

Moink balls by Wampus
Skewers of veggies and beef stew meet
Ham chunks with pineapple

Main:

Rottiserie chicken two ways

honey musterd rosemary

old bay and parsley.

Enjoy!

Very tasty indeed! Wampus, thanks for the help bro, and for all the tips with posting the pics.

Some of the pics while cooking were taken by Wampus himself which I'm sure will be posted at a later date.

Just got these photos uploaded (sorry.....sheesh!)

Wanted to do all I could for my bro's post...

Here's the chickens cooking. I think this was about 1/2 hour before pulling the birds. He used 2 different glazes.

Another shot

I brought the drum over to cook all the K-bobs on.
As he stated, he had veggies with beef, ham with pineapple and I brought a bunch of skewers of MOINKs.
So we loaded it UP!!! MOINKs wend on bottom rack....

Then the ham and pineapple K-bobs on the top rack....

Here's a shot of the beef kabobs after cooking....

Saucing the MOINKs...

The finished MOINKs.....mmmmmmmmmm

Officially BUMPED!!!
