New Holland PA
Anyone heading up to New Holland this coming weekend? The event runs from the 27th to the 28th. I'll be there around 10 am Friday.
I will be there with Fat Tommy's BBQ. Stop by and lets chew the fat.

Other then being hotter n' hell it was a great time. The team I was with "Fat Tommy's BBQ" was defending their prefect score for ribs from 2003. Although they did not get a place for ribs, they did manage to bag second place for the pulled pork. Not to shabby.
Being this event is smack dap in Amish/ Mennonite country it was a "dry event" so this made for a quite night overall. It was my wifes first event. Needless to say, I think she has caught the bug.
