Default KCBS master judge certification

My wife and I are finishing up our requirements to become certified master judges with KCBS. We have a few more contest to judge to meet the requirment of 30 and we need to help/observe a competion team. This requires the team to allow us to be a part of a comptetion with them. The chief cook then needs to fill out a form for us anwering the following questions:
1. How long we were with you on friday?
2. How long we were with you on saturday?
3. Were we helpful?
4. Do you feel we have a good understanding of what a team has to do to prepare for a contest?
5. How would you rank us on a 1 to 9 scale?
I would appreciate if someone could help us out with this. We would do as much or little as you wanted us to. We would do our best to be helpful to you without getting in your way.
We are available for the following contest
Sept 17-18
Mission Battle of the Brisket. Misson KS
Queing for a Cause. Columbia MO
Jesse James BBQ Contest Kearny MO

Sept 24-25
Shawnee Great Grillers State Championship Shawnee KS
AK Sar Bens River City Roundup Omaha Nebraska
Herman BBQ and Brats Herman MO
Murphysboro BBQ Cook Off Murphysboro IL

October 15-16
The fountains Blaze off Independence MO

October 22-23 (my 55th Birthday Weekend)
The Jack Invitational Lynchburg TN

October 29-30
Bates County State Championship Butler MO

Well Keith, there are quite a few teams who do let judges cook with them in your area, but you might have trouble finding one that will take two judges at one comp. Remember that most teams have cooked together for quite a while & have developed thier own "pattern" where each person knows what to do & when to do it. Having an extra person in the cooking area disrupts that pattern or flow of movement, having two extras might be a bit much at one comp. The other side to that is that if you're cooking with a team at a contest your wife cannot judge that comp, so I can see where both of you cooking at one comp is a big plus for you.
