Default brisket 8 hours in a cooler???

hi guys, i have nice 7 day extreme colemans and have rested a brisket for 6 hours, still too hot to handle, but how about 8? any thoughts?

basically i want to HnF it tonight and let it rest until morning.

Dude those things keep stuff cold, or hot, for days!! Maybe after 6 hours crack it open.

As long as you pack it with towels, blankets or something else to take up all the air space you should be fine.

I've kept them 8 hours foiled and wrapped in towels and they were still very hot.

You will be good! I wrap my briskets shoulders and butts with foil and a moving blanket and throw in that type chest and it will Hold very nicely.

My buddy Chadwick (pirates,pigs and poultry) coolered a brisket for 8 hrs at Morgan Hill this year and took First place, beating Harry Soo (slap yo daddy). Go for it!
