Default Nuclear Brisket Chili with Pics!

Okay, so I'm going to admit it. I love hot food... really, really love it. The spicier the better! So I was messing around with a brisket chili idea and ran with it. Here is the run down with amounts so you can make it if you would like!

We start with two large green bell peppers diced.

Then we add 3.5 lbs. of Roma tomatoes diced.

Toss in a large yellow onion (diced) and two small cans of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.

Drop some bean knowledge from on high with two 15 oz. cans of kidney beans.

7 lbs. of God's favorite animal (which was injected with Butcher BBQ and hot sauce then rubbed with a simple beef rub and Oakridge Black Ops Brisket Rub and smoked the day before). This is a 50/50 mix of point and flat cut into 1 inch cubes.

Now we're getting serious... 1 tablespoon of Cattleman's Grill Carne Asada, 1 tablespoon Oakridge BBQ Habanero Death Dust, 1 teaspoon Grinders Death Nectar, plus 2 tablespoons chili powder and 2 tablespoons cumin.

Letting the flavors get all meldy.

When you are 10 or so minutes from serving, drop in a handful of coarsely chopped basil.

Put it in a bowl and eat it...

Repeat that last step for good measure.

This stuff is seriously good... It's also seriously hot. Be warned.

As weird as this is going to sound, I don't think that would be enough heat for me lol. I like my stuff super hot. I've watered down some of the things I make for myself to let others try, and it's still shockingly hot to them lol.

It does look amazing, and I'd eat as much as I could fit in my tummy.

PS.. I make a habanero, jalapeno, thai chili omelet that is to die for.

Wow, that sounds very good.

What is the Grinders like? With 337,000 Scoville's, it must be hot.

That looks so good but I don't think my intestines would appreciate the abuse.

The going down is never the problem for me. I can take it as hot as you can make it. The coming out is another story entirely.
