Found these from awhile back, first smoke on my new rig, they're not really accurate in the cook...I let the smoker test run for 4-5 hours before putting the food back in...poppers and fatty first, then let the brisket rock after the fatty and poppers where out. Which I ate the next day without taking pics. (not much to look at anyways).

For a newbe grate pictures on the weave for the fattie.
