Default Fried Potato Salad and Cupcake Chicken PR0N

Last weekend my wife and I drove our son off to college in Missouri. We spent 9 1/2 fun filled hours from Wisconsin to his new home. Upon our arrival, we needed some lunch, so off to the local pub to sample the central Missouri treats. On the menu was fried potato salad. Mmmm.......let's give this a try. Upon my first taste, I thought, now why has this never passed through my lips before. Enough said. Came home and tonight I tried to recreate this delicacy. I added some cupcake chicken and the results were amazing. Even fried the potatoes on the Weber in a skillet. I have a link to the recipe I used below. Our take was, a little less mustard and my bride wasn't thrilled with the capers. I thought all was outstanding.
