Default Anybody use Panola Clear Hot Sauce?

I picked up a bottle last week while traveling. To me, it looks like it is supposed to be a clear hot sauce.

There is a red pepper and a couple garlic cloves/pearl onions floating around in it.

I am wondering (as tailgating season approaches) if I can replace a traditional hot sauce with this in a hot wing recipe (or something similar).

I got a bottle of the LSU clear, but i have not tried it yet. My friend that gave it to me said it's got great flavor with some kick to it.

I've never tried it, but once we found
Cholula Hot Sauce

we quit looking for other hot sauces.

It was like finding Sriracha for Asian food

Man I love cholula. However, the last few years, I have been on Tapatio and Valentina almost exclusively. They are cheap, but IMHO, the chili flavors are excellent.
That clear sauce...really curious. Is it like a real hot sauce or more like hot vinegar? How could you have such a sauce in your possession and not be going insane fighting the urge lol.

I've tried it. It is a real sauce and not just vinegar...

You'll like it. You can sneak in heat without changing colors...

I actually think my butcher keeps this in stock. They have most of the Panola stuff...

Next trade round and someone gets a bottle! :)
