Hi, I'm new to this forum and just purchased an Ole Hickory EL-ED/X and would appreciate any tips. It's kind of scary learning how to cook on a new smoker. I feel like a rookie again. Thanks for your help.

I'd call Hartland BBQ in Omaha, Ne they use the EL model.
