Look at the current voting blocks.

2) I am absolutely NOT in favor of limiting the ability of the membership to vote for who they think will represent them the best as a BoD member. Are there any voting members out there that did not think that Carol and Merle were at least related? They (the members) made their choice knowingly and I don't think that their choice should be hindered in the future.

3) This is setting a precedent for Board members where if they don't like the results of a vote that they should just continue to bring it up until it passes. Eventually, due to lethargy or shifting allegiances, it's going to pass. That's ridiculous and shouldn't be tolerated. This is the third time this has come up in recent memory. I admire persistence, but not when it is an attempt to circumvent the will of the members.

I was pretty outspoken in opposing the motion the first time it was proposed. That may predate your membership here.

At this point in the process KCBS has been given some opportunities to advance the stated goal of the organization through some sponsorship money that has come in.

In my opinion this is one issue that needs to be addressed to continue that trend. It may not be a problem now, but it very easily could be in the future. Is there a lack of qualified candidates willing to serve? Last years election didn't indicate that to me.

I've also gone on record stating that I advocate cleaning house on the BoD. It's out there, and I won't back away from that. I'm tired of the grappling and gamesmanship that are reflected in the agenda of this month. I think it's time to clean house regardless of who gets caught up in the fallout.

You're sounding like a candidate. I am sure Todd would join with me again in running your campaign... I'd do it. I don't have a good phone connection for the meetings though...

I have the luxury of not being electable. Even if I was I don't know that I'd be willing to dive into that pit.

Now if I had the name recognition both of you guys have......

We'll be happy to use any name recognition to endorse your campaign, El Jefe!

And I'll wave as you comedians roll to the bottom. It's almost 5 o'clock and I embrace Jimmy Buffet and most of what he represents...the cheeseburger, refreshing beverages, etc., NTTAWWT!

Maybe it should also include same members of a cooking team. They can have different addresses as well.
