Default Reverse sear ribeye with Pulled mac & cheese (pron heavy)

Hey Everyone,
With all the talk of reverse searing I figured I'd have a go at it... And I don't know why I hadn't done this sooner!! Seasoned it with my home made beef rub & the steak came out perfect!! (didn't get a pic of it sliced... it kinda just disappeared. Definitely an "oh fark" moment when I realized! )
Anyways, I also had this idea about my mac & cheese, I bake them in muffin pans sometimes to get more crispy edges on them and I wanted to mess with this a little so I stuffed the mac & cheese with some pulled pork. This is how it came out... It was very nice.. the possibilities are endless with this I'm thinking... You can stuff them with mushrooms, pulled beef, peppers, chicken... whatever. Think about it, Mac & cheese stuffed with... more cheese!!! Doing this for sure again! Here are the pics.

Cheers
