Default The inside out stuffed pepper! (my first attempt at a fatty)

My wife has been making stuffed bell peppers in the over for as long as I have known her. I really don't care for them, I think it has something to do with the fact that it's green and not enough meat. :)

While on my last trip to the grocery store, I started thinking.... What about an inside out stuffed pepper?! I ran around the store and grabbed the basic ingredients she uses in her recipe (Ground Italian Turkey, Bell Peppers, Feta, Mozzerella, Mushrooms) and hurried home. I didn't think to take any prep or precook pics, but here is the finised product. It was very tasty, and didn't even make it to the table. :) I am making another this weekend, but may use the real deal instead of the turkey. Not enough grease for me! :)
